District nurses see patients at the surgery for a few hours each day and visit many housebound patients at home. They are available for advice on all nursing matters.
In addition to our district nurses, health visitors and midwives are based at the practice.
Other healthcare workers who visit the practice regularly to liaise with doctors and other team members include: community psychiatric nurses (CPNs), Macmillan nurses and social workers. These are available in appropriate cases.
