Activity Data

The General Medical Services Contract in Wales requires Practices to report monthly on specific areas of Practice activity which are submitted to the Health Boards and Welsh Government. Practices are expected to share this information with our patients using a infographic that is provided to us. 
The Practice will be aiming to share data on this page and also on our social media platform each month.  Please note -

• Appointments include Telephone Consultations
• Administration does not include all administrative task
• Digital requests details e-consults and doesn't include emails received or sent by  Practice  staff
